It’s been a little quiet on this blog lately, it’s because I’m micro-blogging at Twitter instead. That is so much more fun!
Having a limit of only 140 characters in a post suits me more. Twitter is also more interactive. You get more replies, you can send out questions and get help and so on. It’s more of a community. So, head over to Twitter and follow me! And start micro-blogging your self too of course.
This doesn’t mean that I will stop blogging on this blog. When I feel I have something more than 140 characters to say or want to show pictures from a photo shoot or something then I will write it here.
If you are new to Twitter then the first thing you need to do is to get a good third party Twitter application because the web page is very basic and hard to use when you are following many people. There are hundreds of Twitter apps out there and I have tried most of them I think. So far I think Tweetie is the best one. It’s available both for Mac and iPhone / iPod Touch so you can use it “on the go” as well. Works really good. I have no idea what options PC users have.
There is also a service called TwitPic that lets you tweet images. I have set it up on my mobile phone and will try it while I’m in Norway. If you want to see some live pics from Norway while I’m there then you have another reason to follow me on Twitter!
Tried the bloggy microblog but got tired of it since it was to messy, more like a chatroom.
