You probably just like me get the response sometimes when you show you pictures like “Nice pictures, you must have a really good camera”. As we all know it has very little to do with the camera but usually I don’t care to comment on it, I’m just glad that they think my pictures are nice.
Today I saw a funny joke about this on the RSS-feed for the Portraits by Linda blog and a respone to these kind of comments that I have to remember. The reason why I write RSS-feed is because somehow the post is in the RSS-feed but not on the blog itself so I can’t link to it. Anyway, here’s the joke.
A photographer was invited to dinner with friends, and he took along a few pictures to show to them. The hostess looked at the photos and commented, “These are very good! You must have a good camera.” The photographer didn’t make any comment, but as he was leaving to go home, he said, “That was a really delicious meal! You must have some very good pots.”
